    These are some really great comments and opinions. Thanks for sharing
    with me. No matter which side of the political fence you are on, we do
    want the same things for our students.

    I do believe that questioning -- when applied to any subject -- is
    extremely powerful. It is a skill sadly lacking with many students
    because many people in authority (teachers included) fear having to
    answer those questions. This was a key quality found in so many great
    people -- John F. Kennedy, Martin Luther King Jr., Ronald Reagan,
    Stephen Hawking, James Michener, etc.
