    Beth,

We have fastt math on our network at school. It is great.
There are a few drawbacks, however. The program is designed
as a "warm-up" or review type program. The students are
allowed only one session per day. Once the student has gone
through what the computer allots for them for that day, they
are blocked out until the following day. What each student
is allowed to do varies. If you want to use it as a brief
(10-15 minutes per day) review, then I think it is great.
You can create personalizzed worksheets for each child based
on the skills test. There are games that they are sometimes
allowed to play (as a school we have not worked out all of
the kinks and it has yet to be installed in all of our
computer labs) and those are great. As a special education
teacher, I love that the game speed is based on the skills
test that they take at the begging of the program, so
nothing is "above" each student's performance level.
