Re: FASTT Math

Hi Beth. My school purchased a license for FASTT Math software this year. We love it! We are finding that drill and practice, along with quizzes, is not enough. The kids pass these quizzes in third grade and then forget them. I teach fourth grade and I try to get as many students as possible on it during the day. The fifth grade teachers all require that each student do FASTT Math once a day. I tutor fifth graders and it seems to be paying off! It is fast- paced - this assures that the students have to know their facts plus it keeps them interested. I have a special education student in my room for half a day. He is really enjoying it because it is colorful and fun. It doesn't discourage the children, only pushes them to succeed. I recommend that you purchase one license or ask for a demo copy to see if you like it. Hope I was some help!
