First of all a computer lab isn't teaching subjects, but adding to the lessons the
teachers teach in their classrooms. First inventory by grade level and then put
together a base for your lab to help bring home the various subjects to the
students. You should yearly be reinforcing keyboarding and how to use the
wordprocessing program in your lab. I yearly review: cut, paste, center, style,
fonts, etc. We also go over the tools in the draw program and 2nd grade and up all
do at least one presentation. We use "Math Stars" for basic math facts and speed
drills. We never repeat a program more than 3 times, rotating through: math,
language, science, social studies, and of course logic. I vary the lessons by grade,
using more tools and different programs. Type to Learn and Math Stars are used
for all grades (first grade uses "Read, write and type"). I also update my internet
homepage through wizard (FREE) that allows me to place web addresses to site I
    check for our students.

Depending on where you are, I don't even mind showing you how are set up works
and you can use any you may find helpful. I've helped many schools set up their
    labs.

Hope this quick answer helps you.
    Linda
