What is an effective seating arrangement for your Spanish classes? I have traditionally used 2 desks together. (So like double columns versus the traditional columns) Is there another effective/creative way to arrange desks that doesn't cause a lot of extra talking/chaos?

AnnMc My normal setting is 6 rows of three to four deep ALWAYS with three feet (three classroom sized tile) btw each desk. This makes "wandering eyes" less effective. I have desks that can move, so when I want pair work, I move them. x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x x
