Here are my responses to my own survey:

parent requests, team agreement, behavior specialists
requesting, etc.

> process did you have to go through to get the 1:1 aide? N/A

> 5. If you were denied a 1:1 aide, why what reasons were
> given for denying the request? District states they will
not approve any 1:1's
