IEP , in two cases the parent requested the 1:1 also. In the
4 cases I was successful the student was orthopedically
impaired and able to participate in general education with
the assistance of a 1:1 para.

It is getting harder and harder by the way. But if you are
an accident survivor and in regular ED you have a chance.
