    To a large degree, I also agree with you wasub. Somehow, the district
    personnel always seem to come out on the upside in bad situations
    despite the fact that many times they are the ones who set the stage.

    NCLB is like that. The teachers will be the ones to face the
    immediate brunt of failure to achieve numbers, when very often the
    district has set up the classrooms in manners that almost predetermine
    that too many kids will fall behind.

    It is long past time for the good teachers out there to join forces
    with the good parents out there and force the bad administrators to
    face the music for their inneptitude.
