Post: stressed about my para

My para is very upset with me and did not come to work
today. She put one of our children in the pool during swim
time, although the parent explicitly had stated she did not
want that. She then lied to me and the swim teacher about
the existence of a signed permission slip. when i
confronted her she got very upset with me. She has 20 years
experience working in this school and lots of friends,
while I am new this year.
I feel stressed about it. Has anyone else had something
like this happen??
