They kind of went back and forth too, I felt. They told me timing was a constant issue for teachers regardless of status but they still rag me on it. Maybe to help me improve? But I also did not prepare enough. One PARENT evven said that I seemed to be over my head. Wow. That's bad. I was also told to relax. So, I don't know. I think it is all about finding who you are. I have 12 days left of ST'ing and I am just trying to agree to everything and get out as whole as possible. I got a lot of good tips, but now its time to try and use them freely.
