Re: Advice on interview for kindergarten job

If you've been on these boards and read any of my posts, you can
predict where I'm going with this.
You need to have some sort of classroom management plan in your
head, so that when your interviewer asks you how you plan to
manage student behavior, you won't stumble.
There are hundreds of class management plans available online.
Do a bit of research and have it in your head how you will
respond to this question. Any administrator worth their salt
will ask you about classroom management!
Take some time to think about your system. What would you do
when a student won't sit down? What do you do when a student
comes in late to class? What do you do when a student is
bullying another student?
Go through a dozen or so scenarios like these and figure out
your response. You'll be glad you did!
And good luck!
