I am a brand new teacher (career-changer, I'm 44) and will be teaching language arts to middle schoolers (6th and 7th graders). I was hired to teach at a school that has placed a lot of focus on student-centered instruction and differentiation, so I am going to start stockpiling information. I am a big believer in using ice breakers and identifying MIs for the students. Again, thanks so much -- I'm putting these into a binder now!
