Unless the person has some kind of a photographic memory,
they're not going to remember much if anything of what goes
flashing by about all the many kids in your class. It's a
nice idea - don't get me wrong - but see it as a pleasant
introduction, welcome to our class kind of thing than any real
way to absorb information about each child.
And it's not likely in any presentation a child is going to
say "I have ADHD kids - I'm marked special handling." Or "my
Mom left my Dad last year and I'm still really sad about
that". That kind of information is very helpful to have but
it likely won't show up in their powerpoints.
What about each child giving a summation of the year so far?
Or what their favorite thing in the year has been so far?
