    Dress for the position. Arrive early. Smile and make eye
    contact. Be youself. Answer their questions. Be positive.
    If you don't know an answer, let them know you are not
    familiar but would be happy to find the answer. Ask
    questions that let them know you are serious and informed of
    the subject / position. Also, research the school and
    district. Complement them on achieving a recent championship
    or increasing their SAT scores. lets them know that you've
    researched them too.
