I'm actually disappointed. I'm a para and gave a long posting
yesterday, on advice how to work with "us" ... but it was sent to
the administrator for review. It certainly didn't say anything
wrong -- just stressed teamwork but asserting control as the
teacher, taking in advice from an experienced assistant ... why
wouldn't the "administrator" post it? Too bad. The other side of
the story sometimes helps....
