As a former student teacher, I think this is a fabulous idea!
The gifts do not have to be expensive. The items I needed most
are #2 pencils (because my students will always need these),
erasers, magnets, clips, 100s of Post-It Notes, and stationary.
Many of these items can be bought on clearance. It would be nice
to purchase one nice tote bag for the student teacher and fill
it with the kind of things she will need. Enjoy!
