Don't let the criticism get you down. When I student taught
there were three other student teacher from my same in program
in the school. For some reason our university supervisor singled
out and really picked one of the student teachers. We even all
went to the university about it, and for that particular ST they
sent out a different professor to observe her and she was doing
great. If your classroom teacher doesn't agree with the
supervisor I would definitely go to someone higher up in the
university. Even if you aren't doing everything perfect (which,
how could you you're a STUDENT teacher) no supervisor should be
only negative. How are you ever going to grow and improve and
gain confidence. Teachers have to have confidence in what they
are doing to be good teachers.
