I am in my final weeks of Student Teaching. It has not been
a positive experience. My CT is a type A personality and
wants me to do things exactly as she does with no
deviation. Everytime I do something independent of her
instructions, I get a more detailed list. It is very
difficult for me to be someone else. No matter how hard I
try, I always miss the mark. She has not been out of the
room a whole day since I started... and I watch her cringe
when I do or say something she doesn't like or agree with.
I literally dread going to the school. Can't wait for it to
be over.
