    Where I work there used to be "building subs" and daily subs. Now
    there are only daily subs. They did away with building subs
    because they wanted benefits. They were paid more than daily subs.
    Any way I didn't want to be a building sub for the same reasons
    you aren't happy. I like to be able to choose the subject and the
    teachers that I sub for.

    I wish you luck finding a job. McGraw Hill sounds like a good
    option. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you.
