Good evening!

First of all, I do thank you for your birthday wishes. I
really do.

Today I covered an English assignment. The problem was after
school.

I had to park the car outside of the school, and when it was
time to go home, there were many students crossing the
street in plain view of one of the assistant principals and
one security officer. I had to wait until the students
crossed the street (a lot of them; traffic was building up
fast behind me).

Well, one "student" (who has shown blatant disrespect toward
me in the past) saw me and decided that banging on my window
and car was a cool thing to do. He kept doing this
repeatedly while yelling stuff.

And all this was in plain view of the assistant principal
and security, who did not a single thing to stop his
disrespect or to call him to answer for his behavior.
Seriously. I have dealt with this "student" before and he is
very loudmouthed, impulsive, disrespectful, and lacking a
moral compass. The thing is that his friends praise what he
does. And it is telling when he does what he did today and
the admin and security did nothing to him at all.

In another case, a student called me a grotesque character
name in front of his regular teacher; the regular teacher
did nothing and in fact she lets the students eat and drink
in class, even though her own rules forbid this.
