On simple suggestion if you have tried it is to leave the
teachers desk and move yourself to where the kids back is to
you. I.E. if the desk are lined up facing the teacher desk or
board sit in the back behind the kids. You can see everything
but they can't see you without effort. Sometimes it
works......but essentially I agree with the experienced teacher
who posted above. Hence you won't find my name on the sub list
even for long term jobs
