I wanted to post a final update on the criminal case that I described in a series of posts earlier this year. This update is very simple - today, I met before a panel of 12 assistant DA's and police officers to determine my eligibility for my state's ARD (accelerated rehabilitation disposition) program. My family members and family physician were there. In less than half an hour, I was granted the opportunity to enroll in the program, with one year probation, 25 hours of community service, and a $300 fine.

I am posting this final update as a means of closure for those who were interested in my case. Thank you all for your time.

If there is fallen debris at the very edge of my property, then yes... I am going to clean it up. In doing so, at one point, my big toe went across the line (2.53 inches, to be exact). I didn't realize that it happened, so I'm not sure how that is considered intentionally disregarding it.

Not really Lady (poster) didn't like the way her neighbor kept her yard up. She decided to "clean" up the neighbors yard. Police issued a tresspass warning to stay off the neighbor's property.
