Does anyone have information about teaching ESL in universities in Vietnam, Saudi Arabia, the UAE or Bahrain? Although Saudi Arabia is highly restrictive for women and socializing is limited to expat compounds (except for travel outside the country), the pay is lucrative.

dave is right This is not much money at all! Saudi is very expensive to live (except for food). There is not mention of medical, dental, or shipment of some household goods. $2,500 after taxes is NOTHING! How does one save for the 401k or Roth? This is ridiculous. This amount should be doubled. I love the middle east, but would NEVER give up my teaching position...See More
