I have heard mixed things about the schools and organization. I guess it depends on the school itself. Many are very small. I looked into the one in Slovakia once. It is one of the bigger schools. A colleague just took a job with them at a school in China. It's a one year contract. One year is not a long time and if it's not great, then you move on. If it is good, you are in the system or inner circle and can move to different QSI schools (from what I hear) upon completion of contracts. What school are you going to?
