Main challenges would be lack of support from administration
and parents, lack of (and inconsistency in) discipline, low
expectations, laziness and apathy from students (and some
teachers), parents enabling poor behaviors, lack of respect
for teachers, learning, property; lack of financial support
from community; poor management at district level.
