They should make them wear skorts (shorts built in underneath
the skirt) if they can't carry themselves appropriately. Of
course, it's really a societal problem because everywhere you
look, sex is being glorified and advertised, so why wouldn't
adolescents think it's okay to flaunt what they have in order
to fit in with society's expectations!? Kids don't have
childhoods the way we did growing up. It's appalling, the
topics and language that is broadcast on prime time TV these
days! We tolerate it, so this is what has occurred as a
result. You reap what you sow.
