Google has one thing that the other two do not...capital.
Google is pretty serious about cloud computing and are
willing to sink billions into it. It may be young now, but
with Wash DC just adopting it over MS Office is an indication
of good things to come. I would go with Google. Plus, you
have gMail, gSites, and the rest to piggy back on.
