First of all, to answer your question, you should subscribe
to a free online blog service ... display your information,
upcoming events, assignments, etc. using a blog.

Start finding one by looking here:

You should learn HTML and basic web page creation. Maybe
there's a class held nearby at a Community College. Or you
might know someone that can teach you hands-on.

You sound like you might need a little "hand-holding" to get
started. But keep trying to learn, it's easier than it looks.
