Post: Dreamweaver help?? - long

I have a legitimate question, but I am also venting, so
please bear with me.

Background info:

I redone my FrontPage site in Dreamweaver. I have put all
of my local files on my remote site.
I can see them there.
When in go into the file manager on the control panel of my
webhost, I can see the files there too.
When I open the files in file manager of my webhost, they
look pretty much like the files in Dreamweaver - the
graphics are missing though.

When I originally uploaded my site, it looked exactly like
it does now. I redid the index page to take care of the
missing graphics (although I can't figure out why they were
missing - the navigation graphic shows on every other page,
and the icon on the bottom is in the same folder as all of
the other graphics I have used on the site).

I also made some changes to other pages.

I have tried to upload the revised files every way I know
how. I have used the aroow to 'put' them up one at a time.
I ahve dragged them over, I have put up the entire site
again. No changes show on the web.

My webhost tech support suggested that maybe Dreamweaver was
not overwriting old files, and may

be if I deleted the old files before I uploaded a revised
file, it would work.

It didn't.

I deleted the entire website and uploaded it again.

No changes. The same - old, unrevised - pages are still
showing.

A second call to tech support resulted in a very rude
support person telling me that my design was flawed and this
was not a server problem. [editorial comment: He also
interrupted me so many times that I never really explained
the situation to him.]

My questions then:

Is my design flawed?
How do I fix it?
Should I find a new webhost?
