I hear everything needs to be done in xhtml now since html is
going to be "out" in the next couple of years.

Is Mozilla the same as Composer of a few years back? Can it
be used to develop css?

I haven't yet read all the responses here, so please pardon
me if I am asking you to answer something you already have.
