Without being there, I can only come up with one suggestion:
Most browsers "cache" recently visited pages. That way, rather
than reload the page from the internet, they simply reload it
from the hard drive. This saves time.
The trouble is that if a page is updated, it does not update
in the cache. I'd suggest using the "refresh" button. My own
computer plays this same trick, though in my case it does it
even on the computer I used to write the page.
