I just opened a hosting account with Go Daddy. One of their
installation packages that's available for free is "moodle".
Moodle is a complete online course portal. I just checked out
their website and it doesn't look too complicated. I'm going to
study up on it before I install it (you can also download it
from their site, but check your host first to make the install
easier). The website is www.moodle.org
