Hi there,
I am a Training Specialist with mimio and would like to offer
some options. There should be a linked attached that will bring
you to mimio Training options.
Our Self Guided Program are a number of PDF User Guides and 2-
3min long video tutorials. A great option to get up and running
quickly.
The Quick Learn program provides free, live web-based training
session moderated by everyday teachers. This is a great way to
learn more in a webinar, where you can directly interact with
other teachers and the moderator via microphone and chat.
These two options are the best to get up and running quickly.
You can also view more of our training options with the link
included.
The issues you are describing below could be a calibration
issue, as the more precise you are hitting the points, the
better the orientation of the stylus (pen) to the device will be.
I would be more than happy to answer any and all questions you
have regarding mimio. Please feel free to contact us at
Training@mimio.com. I will personally take care of you. I have a
few more solutions that would be best to discuss via email.
Thanks,
Blake
