We have several of these in our school. All of them work
fine except one.

We just set the sixth grade teacher up with the wireless
slate and mouse. The slate and mouse are both connected
via the bluetooth, as instructed.

The problem is, the response of the mouse and the slate pen
are very sluggish/slow.

Has this happened to anyone else?
