    So I went to the UFT maternity workshop. I'm due in March
    also. FMLA leave is 12 weeks, that is the max amount of
    time you are allowed off while still keeping your insurance
    benefits (not pay). If you want to take off longer, you can
    apply for child care leave through the DOE which allows to
    stay home till your youngest child turns 4, but you won't
    have benefits or get paid. let me know if you have any
