    I noticed that the vacancies box was blank on april 15th when it
    started . . . I sent a few emails, got cut and paste responses, then
    I called HR Connect and the rep had no idea what I was talking
    about. that didn't stop her from giving me an answer though.
    "Oh, give it time. Principals are busy and it just opened up." But
    EVERY principal in the entire city didn't get around to it yet?

    It turns out that my principal can't even post yet because
    something about the budget that will get resolved this week--
    they say.
