    I actually just spent hours on the phone with the state
    certification office about this. You do not need 30, you need
    24. This is ONLY if you have one science and are getting
    certified in another science. If you are getting certified in a
    completely different field (ie. Math) it would be the 30. He
    said that you would submit your paperwork under the license
    choice Individual Evaluation - even though it says 30 credits
    there, when they receive all your documents, they will see that
    you already have one science license and will waive it.
