    I would have suggested only doing one graduate class during the
    academic year. If you try to do too much you will burn out. It
    is possible to teach and do so in a healthy way. We all had to
    learn that and the first years were learning years. Ask for
    help and take breaks. Go home when you can. And even look for
    guidance from home on your job. When things get tough, grab the
    phone and call home. That is what they are there for.
