You would need a principal, not a teacher to nominate you.
Believe it or not, getting a sub nomination from a
principal may be easier than you think. Just go to any
school with your resume and let them know you are looking
for a substitute nomination. I applied to many full time
teaching positions and many schools called back thinking I
wanted to sub. One school that called me back was P.S 114
in Brooklyn. Go to the school and deliver your resume,
they're looking for subs. The best thing is you DON'T have
to sub in the school that nominated you.
