This is a violation of testing procedure as well as a really
poor idea for a celebration. If reported the teacher would
receive severe disciplinary action if not lose their job.
I wonder if the teacher did more then just look over the
papers. There is no way they could score each exam so quickly
while it was being given.
Unfortunately this shows the tremendous pressure both teachers
and students are put under for these worthless tests.
