    go the the first floor and they will send you upstairs to get it. I
    was there about 20 mins. I was on the first floor first and i had to
    fill a form out. I handed them the form and they told me it would
    take about two weeks to get in the mail. I than told them i am not a
    full time teacher but a sub and they sent me upstairs to get a
    different one. I filed out the form and the guy came out and gave me
    it. Easy as that.
