    Dear Jade,
    Wow! An offer of $20K more than NYC! You can’t go wrong.
    Long Island Schools were the best in the nation when I
    taught in the public school.
    My colleagues couldn’t have been more knowledgeable,
    creative, supportive, encouraging, optimistic, avant-garde..
    Districts shared with one another. There was a great
    camaraderie among all teachers in neighboring districts also.
    I hope CC hasn’t destroyed that spirit.
