Unfortunately you have to check online at the NYC DOE
website everyday. Since the windows open up based on
need and this summer, the Window just opened back for
the first time in a year, other than bilingual non Spanish, I
would guess around January. The period usually opens up
at the end of the end of June/July and closes within a
couple weeks or around September if it doesn't roll into
August. There wee already 1,000 of sub paras hired this
summer. I'm going to be starting in starting this week,
myself so I would say it's highly unlikely another window
will open before January and not then, during the Summe
of 2017.
