Hello,
I want substitute teachers to share their stories, good and
bad, to start to brainstorm on how we can improve our
working conditions. For example, how many sign up for an
early childhood assignment and then get assigned to an
middle school grade when you arrive at a PS/MS school? How
many of you have received or not received support at a
school with a difficult class?
