I've looked everywhere for this book--in book stores, internet book stores, used and discontinued book stores (on the Net), and even contacted the company (they are discontinuing this book and have no more copies in their warehouse). Does someone have a copy (or two) I could buy from them at a reasonable price? I'm more than willing.
