The Montreal office of Prometour does not honor their
contractural deposit refund policies. Even if notified of
a cancellation in writing by the required deadline, as
specified in their contract, they will still refuse to
issue the deposit refund. They have a 'secret' requirement
that the written notification must be on their
formatted 'cancellation form'. Nowhere in the contract is
it specified that the written notification must be on this
particular form, and no one is informed of this until they
try to determine why the refund was not issued.
