Gerri-I'm sorry that happened to you on your tour. That is a
typical nightmare experience you would expect with EF also. This
would never happen at the company I work for-European Institute
based in Boston, MA. Are you planning to do any trips to France or

it. Again that is very unfortunate you had such a horrible
