    I have been doing business with Joe and Sharon for about 8 years. I
    have delved into this tragic situation with alot of direct questions
    to both the Maloofs and Ron Hansen. I think I have cut through alot
    of crap during the months after Christmas '05 when I read the
    signals that IG Tours was probably failing and my June school trip
    would most likely suffer or cancel. It was Ron who fed me the lies
    and the fingerpointing and Joe and Sharon who gave me honest answers
    that made sense. I truly believe that the Maloofs are guilty of
    falling prey to a wolf in sheep's clothing. That wolf was Ron.
    What could the Maloofs possibly do when Ron forced them from the
    company they had worked so hard to build?

    It wasn't the Maloofs who bailed. It wasn't the Maloofs who
    continued to send much inflated bills to groups that had no chance
    of completing their trip. If you have ever had conversations with
    both ends, haven't you noticed which party gives the evasive answers
    and endless illogical excuses? I know what is in my gut. The
    Maloof's greatest sin is that they trusted Ron Hansen.

    This perspective does not come from a bitter customer who was
    cheated. My trip actually went to Europe in June of 2006. I know,
    that means that my group was funded by other aborted trips despite
    the fact that our participant price was inflated far beyond the
    contracted price. I am truly sorry for that. I don't think I could
    have weathered the guilt of telling my students that they had been
    duped by a company I had picked for them. I lived in fear of that
    happening for months and it made me a nervous wreck! I truly think
    the only reason my group actually got their trip is because I
    hounded and threatened everyone at IG Tours from January to June! I
    also dragged our school business office and our school attorney into
    the mix early on. I am really sorry for the group leaders who
    actually lived the nightmare that I feared but I don't think the
    Maloofs are the culprits.
