    8/2/05 In 2004 our experienced travel coordinators arranged a trip
    thru Travel Selections (Joe Maloof) for 11 days in Canada and 8 day
    cruise to Alaska for 18 people. Basic cost was$4476.00 roundtrip
    Balto.Md.^ Six days before departure these DEAR FRIENDS informed us
    the whole trip was cancelled The blame was placed on an employee for
    not forwarding our money.' Smart Business People" We were promised
    if we let our money in we would receive a trip in 2005 with an
    additional 4 days in Alaska and our Travel insurance free.About the
    first of the year we were informed IGT had taken over but they would
    honor the previous arrangement.Next IGT billed us $82.00 for fuel
    increase "They never did send any tickets" Calls and eMails went
    unanswered. Finally Mr. Hansen called our coordinator and said we
    were only getting the Cruise portion,No air fare No transfer No
    insurance.No extra days, a$995.00 value. Our cost had now risen to
    appx $5300.00 with air fare and transfer. Request for refund go
    unanswered. The DEAR FRIEND Mr Maloof is now working with TSA tours
    in Tempe AZ. I wonder what TS stands for. Warning if Travel
    Selections,Joe Maloof,IGA.Ron Hansen or TSA tours I would avoid it
    like the plague. Personnaly I think Ron and Joe should have ajoining
    cells.
