    Dear Twice Hit,
    I trust you (and your group) have sent all of the complaint and
    questionnaire forms to the Santa Clara DA's office. While it may be an
    exercise in futility I can only hope that you guys receive SOME help.
    It is always good to hear other stories to keep the perspective on OUR
